I also had the person who is in our office switch his Samsung Vesamail to sync with my account. I have a user with a Samsung Blackjack that has no problem with ActiveSync on our server.
I loaded everthing back from my computer and reloaded the certificates and Versamail 3.

This is a limitation of the Palm OS certificate store format as it is a pdb file on the device as opposed to a Windows Mobile device such as the Blackjack mentioned that allows a customer. I used the palm certificate tool to add certificates to the treo. Nothing versamial worked yet. I upgraded to versamail 3.
